French Bakery Demonstration – 23 and 24 April 2013 at FWP Matthews Ltd With Christophe Debersee the 2008 bakery world Champion!
During the two days Christophe Debersee , with the help from Gregory Moutry from Moul Bie, demonstrated to a total of 46 visitors techniques on how to produce authentic breads and patisserie products using some of Moul Bie’s French flours.
We are delighted to be hosting a grower visit as part of HGCA’s Meet The Processor initiative, which aims to encourage a better insight into what happens to grain beyond the weighbridge.
This interactive event offers a behind the scenes look at the feed compounding process, as well as the chance to have open conversations with a local animal feed producer.
