FWP Matthews Ltd is fortunate enough to have recently installed a new packing and mixing machine, enabling us the versatility to mix unique blends of flour based products, and package flour into your own labelled bags if you wish, please do contact us for further details.
At present we mainly distribute our flours throughout the UK and have a few overseas customers, our packaging is compliant with EU regulations, and we welcome all enquiries no matter where you are in the world!

- technical support from our expert bakers.

Please make orders in sufficient time. Orders have to be placed at least 2 days (48 hours) before the delivery day, no later than 12 noon.
For example: order by 12pm Monday for Wednesday delivery.
Delivery Days Schedule
To help our Logistics Team, we request for all orders to be placed a minimum of 2 working days prior to our areas delivery day, this enables us to ensure we have the flour in stock, and guarantees a reserved space on the lorry!
Certification and Allergens
As a privately owned Milling Company we value our National Association of British and Irish Millers ‘NABIM’ based in Arlington Street SW1. The Directors contribute to various committee’s including the Executive Committee.
At FWP Matthews Ltd we only put three cereals through the mill: wheat, spelt and rye. Other flours containing cereal allergens are strictly controlled and go through the mixing plant only. Products with other non cereal allergens are brought into us packed and distributed packed. If you would like any clarification on how we manage allergens at our site please contact us.
