Pain Polonais (Polish bread concentrate)

An authentic Polish concentrate mix specially developed in Poland to produce genuine Polish bread. Uses white rye rather than dark for a softer taste. Add 40% to your usual white flour. Contains white rye, potato flakes and instant rye sour dough. Easy to use and very popular.
