Bacheldre Watermill produces a range of Organic and Conventional Flours. They use a blend of old and new technology. Most of the range is ideal for producing breads of exceptional flavour and quality. Their flours can be used to craft breads by hand or by machine.

There are several advantages to stone-ground wheat flour. The endosperm, bran and germ remain in their natural, original proportions. Because the stones grind slowly, the wheat germ is not exposed to excessive temperatures.
