    this is a lovely flour the taste i very nice and texture is perfect. certainly the best ive used and will be using again. its makes beautiful white loves. I must try it making oven bottom muffins.

    A really excellent strong white bread flour. Particularly good for slow proving doughs such as sourdough. Might need a bit more hydration but certainly the best I’ve used.
