Using three of their Moul-bie products that we supply, the bakers treated us to several different traditional French baking.
The crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside baguettes were made with Campailette GD Seicle.
The croissants were made with Gruau Vert Angleterre, which provides crispy and fluffy puff pastries, and some twisted with cocoa.
We were also given three different types of brioche, Navettes, plaits, and balls, where the Brioche Auchan flour was chosen. They tasted as good as they smelt and looked, and we can’t thank Moul-Bie enough for the treat.
