Fennel, Apple & Gin Chutney – This delicate chutney is lightly spiced with fennel seeds, black pepper and coriander seeds, featured in the Gin making process at the Cotswolds Distillery. It can be eaten nicely alongside some great British cheeses, but our favourite way to enjoy it is with some homemade smoked mackerel pâté & toast.
