Organic Self-Raising – Premium organic super fine white flour. Prefect for cakes/sponges and cookies.

Organic Wholemeal – Premium organic strong wholemeal flour. Perfect for wholemeal baking bread.

Organic White – Perfect for organic bread making recipes. Delivers a flour that is easily adaptable to all recipes.

Organic Cotswold Crunch – Premium organic strong white flour combined with malted wheat flakes. Perfect for delicious traditional organic bread recipes. Stoneground milled in the Cotswolds from carefully selected certified organic wheat.

    This is an excellent selection of flour.
    The first project was bread using a mixture of organic white, organic wholemeal and Organic Cotswold Crunch. The resulting bread is proving to be very popular.
