Matthews Italian Tipo 00 Pizza Pasta Flour is an Italian style 00 Flour, ideal for all types of pizza bases and especially pasta. The wheats used for this pizza flour are hard wheats with a protein level slightly lower than your standard bread flour resulting in a smooth flavoursome flour.

This is top quality four. We make pizza dough in the bread maker and cook it in our pizza oven. This flour makes fantastic pizza, our whole family love it
