    Good service, reasonable prices and great flour. I use it the old fashioned way so I can make 3 or 4 loaves at a time and freeze all but one until needed – they don’t taste any different after freezing. I use this flour in combination with other types (Stoneground wholemeal, Rye and Strong white) to make really tasty loaves and rolls.

    Bought this flour originally from Aldi on a special. Loved it so much ordered from Amazon but in fact you get a better deal directly from the producer!
    Love this flour so versatile,crumbles, cakes, sauces nice light taste.

    My five year old grandson just loves the Cotswold Crunch – no more prompting him to eat up, He had a little problem with constipation but no more! . It is so tasty and so healthy with all these seeds. Also, very easy to make, .I add a teaspoon of sugar to 25gms of yeast, warm water from the tap amount of water varies but instructions on packet about right and leave beside the Rayburn until all frothy. Add to packet of flour my mixer with 25gms of sea salt, , a good glug of E V oil and switch on for five minutes. Raise head and cover with fresh tea towel for approx. twenty minutes ,mix for two minutes, tip out and bash a few times, roll into a sausage and divide into four rounds .I put two onto flat trays and leave to rise. Then pop into oven rmark7 to 8 Rayburn temperature. Pop into oven one tray below the other, turn around levels after 20mins, cook for further 15mins,tip onto cooling trays and leave with tea towel over to stop the crust being too hard.

    I am a type 2 Diabetic and use the Spelt flour as it does not make my sugars spike like white bread, also gives a nice nutty flavour to the bread. Good service with communication updates on orders and reliable delivery. Pleased all round with the product and company!.
