1. Line 2 x 7” sandwich tins with greaseproof paper
  2. Sift Flour, Salt & Sugar into a bowl
  3. Rub in butter to fine breadcrumbs
  4. Knead (in bowl) to a smooth dough
  5. Divide mixture between tins
  6. Press out and smooth with fingers
  7. Fork edges and prick lightly with fork
  8. Bake in slow oven 170oC for 30-35 minutes
  9. Cut and dredge with sugar
  10. Leave to cool
