Tower of Bread

On the 5th January and the 6th January, we were treated to a wonderful presentation by Thomas and Florent from Moul-Bie where they made a tower entirely out of bread.

Campaillette Grand Siècle is a wheat flour for making a Traditional French Bread, free from additives, in accordance to the decree of 13th September 1993. It is 100% certified Label Rouge wheat flour.

Seigle T130 rye flour is perfect for all rye uses, and can be used on its own for making black bread or in conjunction with another bread flour.

The finished piece will be displayed in the shop for 3 weeks –one month.
