BAKERY DEMONSTRATION DAYS We are holding three bakery demonstration days for professional bakers and chefs. They have been very popular and the first date of 16th Feb at our site has sold out! We have added a new date of 23rd Feb at 1pm.
Also we have 16th March 2010 at BAKO Western and 17th May at Sheffield College. A range of products using Moul Bie flours and mixes as well as Matthews Cotswold flours will be demonstrated. Please contact us for more information.
