We are launching two exciting new flours on the 1st September 2010. They both have aleurone added to a white flour. Nutri-Gold is a premium white flour with added aleurone and Nutri-OR is a premium white French flour with added aleurone. These flours make ideal products for children as they have wholegrain goodness without the bits or dark colour. Aleurone is the part of the grain some call 'the precious layer', this is where there is a high concentration of nutrients including protein, vitamin B1, vitamin B2 and niacin and this has been extracted by natural milling methods and added to the flour.
