    This flour makes perfect bread and rolls. I use it in my bread machine and have perfecr crusty bread each time. Highly recommend.

    Have been using Canadian Manitoba flour for my sourdough bread. Tried this flour and the resultant dough seemed softer and had a lovely feel to it. I also found it easier to determine when bulk fermentation (b/f) was completed. The oven spring also seemed to benefit probably as less chance of over proofing on b/f.
