Ingredients
40g melted butter
125g Cotswold
plain flour
20g caster sugar
300g whole milk
2 large eggs
vanilla extract
Instruction
Melt the butter and leave to cool.
Place flour and caster sugar in a large bowl
Pour in the milk and eggs to the dry ingredients
Add the cool melted butter and whisk until smooth
Leave the mixture to rest for 30-60 minutes in the fridge
Cook in a large flat pan, over a medium heat.
Serve with chantilly and berries, lemon and sugar
